The Audit.

Most shops grade your phone in a back room and hand you a verdict. We grade it on the counter, with you watching. Here's exactly what each grade means.

GRADE A

Like new

No visible marks at arm's length. Screen flawless. Battery health 90% or above. All functions tested and passed. Original parts verified.

What you get: 100% of quoted value when selling · top price when buying, because you know exactly what it is.

GRADE B

Light wear, works perfectly

Small scratches or marks you can find if you look for them. Screen may have micro-scratches invisible when on. Battery health 80%+. Every function tested and passed.

What you get: 80% of Grade A value — and we photograph every mark, so you can see exactly why.

GRADE C

Visible wear, fully functional

Obvious scratches, dents or worn glass — this phone has lived a life. But every function is tested, the battery is checked (replaced if under 80%), and it works exactly as it should.

What you get: 60% of Grade A value — the honest price for an honest phone.

Disagree with our grade?

We'll show you why — side by side, mark by mark, on the counter. If we can't justify it, you get the higher grade. That's the whole deal.
